In the event of a product defect, you should first refer to the product’s manuals/guides to identify and potentially remedy the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, you must contact us, in writing, within thirty (30) calendar days of the discovery of the alleged manufacturing defect in our product, via email@example.com. Proof of purchase from the original sale must be submitted with any notice of claim. We have the right, without any obligation, to physically inspect the product before we determine the validity of your claim.
If manufacturing defects exist, at the discretion of POW Audio, we will do one of the following:
- Repair the product with new or refurbished parts at no cost;
- Exchange the product with a working product; or
- Refund the original purchase price.
By completing your pre-order, you agree to have your credit card or PayPal account charged at this time. Products will begin shipping in March, and we will update you with shipment tracking as soon as it’s available. For any questions pertaining to your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Shipments, outside of the United States, are often subject to your local duties and taxes prior to delivery. POW Audio is not responsible for these or any additional charges, nor the cost of return shipping should you refuse delivery. We will not issue a refund for refused deliveries.
