Glen Walter

Glen has over 40 years of product development and management experience. He is also the Founder/Advisor to the board of an international design studio with offices in Boston & NYC. 

He has designed and/or licensed products for a myriad of companies from Procter & Gamble to Nike and Microsoft to Burton Snowboards totaling over a billion dollars in revenue for his clients and licensors.

Mike is an accomplished C-level executive with a rich mix of financial operational management. Mike is highly respected for interpreting
and defining corporate vision and strategy, transitioning objectives into actionable plans, and building cross-functional teams.

Mike Strange

Mike is an accomplished executive who for more than 25 years has developed innovative CE products for some of the most iconic brands in the industry. These include Altec Lansing, Niles Audio, Speakercraft, Sunfire, Boston Acoustics, Behriniger and Onkyo. He holds multiple patents in loudspeaker design and is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and the American Loudspeaker Association. Mike is an expert in overseas sourcing and has developed products in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan and Korea and currently lives in China where he manages POW’s projects locally.
Mike brings his extensive knowledge in pro, consumer and Ci loudspeaker design, Bluetooth speakers/headphones, amplifiers, distributed audio and user interfaces. As our Chief Product Officer, he works with overseas teams on design for manufacturing, quality, process evaluation, tooling and accelerated development times.

Nick Delyani

Nick is a multifaceted executive leader with 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and creative. Nick’s experience expands across consumer technology, apparel, and footwear with brands that include Brookstone, New Balance, and Sphero. He has a proven track record of driving revenue through business development, branding, and customer journey experiences. He has successfully developed go-to-market strategy and product marketing with global retailers that have lead to millions of dollars in sales revenue.

James Pagos

Jim’s business experience spans executive and board positions in global industries including hands-on leadership in sales, marketing, international business development, strategic planning, human resources and public policy. Jim worked at AT&T for three decades, where he led numerous operating units. 

Jim was COO of AT&T Solutions and led a global team of more than 8,000 professionals that designed, sold, implemented and managed networks & e-commerce applications for Global 3,000 clients. Earlier, Jim managed international services as well as the global partnerships for AT&T’s business sector. Upon leaving AT&T, Jim was CEO of three privately held start-up technology companies in telecom, software & LED lighting.

Steve Richards

Following five years with Sybase, during which the company grew from $120M to $1B in revenues, Steve began his journey as an entrepreneur. Steve joined Tessera Enterprise Systems shortly after start up as the firms’ CFO. He was instrumental in building the company and raising capital from leading investors including Greylock, Matrix, and Highland Capital. Growing from $0 to $20M in revenues the company was acquired for $198M in 2000.  Steve went on to work with three consecutive early stage Greylock funded companies including netNumia Solutions which was acquired by Keene , Inc. in 2005.  At netNumina Steve was the CFO and COO who led a turnaround from significant quarterly losses to profitability and a successful exit. Steve then joined Clearforest Corp, which was acquired by Thompson Reuters in 2007. Next he joined Peoplefluent , a private equity funded rollup. As CFO he was responsible for the successful integration of five acquired companies totaling $120M in annual revenues. In 2014, with four co-founders launched a new venture, Podium Data. Steve served as both the COO and CFO building the company until the successful exit in 2018.
